Halo: Reach to be the Best Halo Yet

  • I understand I am not running a gaming blog here, but my excitement for this game is currently through the roof. With about two weeks left until launch (it's killing me), we are beginning to see heavy doses of TV spots; cover stories on gaming magazines; comparison articles on the past games (sort of what this current article is related to); etc.

Whether or not reviews will be not be released until its release day is, to say the least, uncertain. With a game of this magnitude, I'm guessing we will not be seeing to many reviews until the day Reach hits shelves (IGN, GameTrailers, and a few others may be granted the right to release their review a few days early).

Now, the main focus of my post is not on what I have to say, but what I have just currently read. Gamingbolt posted an article --- Halo: Reach - Revolution or Evolution --- about how the Halo series has progressed, and how Reach may turn out to be the best Halo in the ginormous franchise.

I highly recommend the read for any Halo fan, or even those who may be on the ropes with Reach. There are some juicy little tidbits, and just an all-around great read.

With all of the hype I am building up, it would be a real kick in the nuts if everything turned out to be complete shit -- but it's Bungie, so I have complete faith.

Wish it wasn't too late to make some of the planet play based off of Kepler 22, the new planet they discovered.

I played the Halo Reach and I have liked the game. I understand the excitement before the launch of a game. I have experienced it too. You just can't control your feelings and want to get the game and you can't wait to start playing it.
